After the concert tonight, there were people who said that the music brought tears to their eyes.  The song “Cry out to Jesus” had these words printed in the bulletin:

“When you’re lonely, and it feels like the whole world is falling on you

You just reach out, you just cry out to Jesus…

There is hope for the helpless, rest for the weary, love for the broken heart.

There is grace and forgiveness, mercy and healing, He’ll meet you wherever you are.”

That is the connecting point—Jesus will meet us wherever we are.  Jesus accepts us where we are, but he does not leave us there.
