Community Christmas Choir
Welcome to the Community Christmas Choir! Attached is important information that will be updated throughout the season.
Performance Dates –
December 5th RUMC Craft Fair (optional 15 min performance – need minimum attendance- signup) – 9am-2pm. Sign-up and come when you like!
TBD Enfield Moose lodge (optional full performance but need minimum attendance – signup). 124 S Rd, Enfield, CT 06082
TBD Backroads smoking BBQ (optional – signup) – If able bring an unwrapped toy and/or non perishable food item. All toys will be donated to The Connecticut Children’s Hospital and all food items will be donated to Cornerstone. 292 Sandy Beach Rd, Ellington, CT 06029
December 12th Nursing home concerts; location and time TBD
December 18th – Final dress rehearsal – 6pm at RUMC – mandatory
December 19th Full Concert and Celebration at 2pm; 12pm call time – mandatory
Dress – CCC Shirts and business casual with seasonal wear for all events other than the final concert. Dress for the final concert will be formal concert dress which is black dress for women and white dress shirt and black pants for men.
Church Decorating –
Dec 13th after church @12pm at RUMC

Rehearsal Music!!!

Attendance
Attendance at weekly rehearsals are required but obviously exceptions may be needed given busy schedules. See Jamie to let her know dates you can’t attend
All concerts other than the Final concert on Dec 19th are optional attendance as long as we can get minimum attendance to support the events. You will need to sign up via a signup sheet that will be available at rehearsal
Rehearsals – Monday night at 6:30 at RUMC
Tuition –
$20 per person tuition cost due by 10/15. Assistance is available. See Geoff to pay or for any questions
CCC celebration luncheon will be scheduled for sometime in Jan or early Feb (TBD)
